Build Your Base Body Training Workshop

We have teamed up with Sebastian Oreb - The Australian Strength Coach to bring to you this 4 hour training workshop.

This female only workshop is for anyone interested in lifting weights and getting fit, strong, healthy and in great shape. Whether you are a beginner who has no experience with weight training, a regular gym goer, a personal trainer, an athlete, a pre or post natal mother, this course is for you! We will teach you the techniques we use to get the best results with weights as safely and effectively as possible. 

Not only is lifting weights enjoyable and totally empowering, it is the most effective way to lose fat, shape your body and get strong and we want to teach you how to do it the right way. This is a great opportunity to learn from us and be surrounded by other like minded women in a safe and supportive environment. We want to give you the knowledge and confidence you need to step on the weights floor and take your training to the next level. Even if you are following another program, this course is still a great way to learn the best and safest techniques to apply to your training, technique is everything and any program can be a great program with the right technique. Technique and human movement is what we do!!!

Sydney - Base Gym, Ground Floor 73 Miller Street, North Sydney (Saturday 10th June, 2017) 9:00am-1:00pm 

Melbourne - Gym Location TBA (Sunday 11th June, 2017) 9:00am-1:00pm

Gold Coast - Gym Location TBA (Sunday 18th June, 2017) 9:00am-1:00pm

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable training gear, food, snacks, water bottle and sweat towel. Optional, but recommended are weightlifting shoes and belts.
