We are so excited to announce the opening of our newest training facility - Base Body Studio. This is our first womens only gym, specialising in training women with weights. We are here to create a community of like-minded women who want to motivate and inspire one another on their health and fitness journey.

We are here to help you build your base for optimal health, fitness and wellbeing through our training system and nutrition guidance. We are here to give you the tools you need to workout safely and efficiently, nourish your body, think and feel more positively about your body and maintain it for life. We like to call this BUILDING YOUR BASE BODY!

Our training system is based on a combination of strength and circuit style training with weights. We are human movement specialist, and to us, TECHNIQUE IS EVERYTHING! We want to teach you how to move your body the right way. We specialise in rehabilitation, pre and post natal, fat loss, muscle gain and of course getting our babes STRONG!!! Our system is simple and effective, but most of all, if you follow our methods, results are guaranteed!
 

So if you would like to workout with us, we would love to give you all the love and support you need to achieve your goals. We are here to inspire you to be as happy, healthy, fit, strong and confident as possible, so let’s get started and Build Your Base Body!

12 Week Collaborative Commitment
Our system is based around resistance training and our programs include a combination of weights based circuits and strength based training.
We recommend following our programs for 3-4 weeks at a time, after which we believe it is most beneficial to change programs to prevent your body from adapting and plateauing. It is essential for optimal results that the body is continuously challenged in order for it to change and develop, therefore we create a new program for you to follow every 3-4 weeks.

Membership Fees
12 WEEK Membership - $110/week (12 week commitment)
DISCOUNT for upfront payment - $1200

NOTE: All membership payments will be directly debited from your chosen account on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis.

NOTE:  Each group will run for 12 weeks. Personal training appointments may be booked in with your trainer outside of group session times.
