Our training is based on a combination of strength and circuit style resistance training. We have developed a system with the one and only Australian Strength Coach, Sebastian Oreb. We have spent many years working together to develop what we believe is the ultimate system for training, we call it, the STRENGTH SYSTEM..... for women.
