Hey babes!!! If you would like to develop a perky, toned bottom, then try this gym routine! Here is a great booty building workout that will burn loads of calories and get you feeling fit and strong.
How to perform this BBB workout:
• Perform exercises A1-A6 back to back with no rest in between exercises, only the time it takes to move to the next exercise
• Rest for 180 Seconds after A6 at the end of each circuit
• Repeat circuit 3-5 times depending on your strength and fitness level
A1 10 x Low Bar Back Squats
A2 10 x Sumo Deadlifts
A3 10 x Walking Lunges (each way)
A4 10 x Glute Bridges
A5 10 x 45’ Hip Extensions
A6 20 x Kettlebell Swings
Perform exercises A1-A6 back to back with no rest in between, rest for 120 secs at the end of A6 and then repeat entire circuit 3-5 times.
NOTE: Choose weights that you believe you can complete all reps and sets with perfect technique without failing, yet still keep the weight challenging enough to have a great workout.
