We had such a great time in Melbourne last weekend. Our team stayed at The InterContinental, which was amazing, we were in the heart of the city, which meant we were only a few minutes walk from the Fitness Expo and could enjoy walking to and from the exhibition and take in the sites.

Like all of our holidays lately, this trip was all work related, so our days started with team breakkies at the hotel every morning, which were so delicious. We were all obsessed with the food on offer in the buffet and spent a couple of hours there every morning eating and chatting. Then we would head off to the expo for the day, followed by a late lunch by the water at Southbank, then dinner at different restaurants around the city and finally collapsing in the comfiest beds back at the hotel for a big sleep.

We met so many amazing people at the expo who gave us so much beautiful, positive energy, so thank you to everyone who stopped to chat to us.

To hear more about how we stay healthy and fit while we travel, check out our interview here: http://www.melbourne.intercontinental.com/concierge/2015/04/16/base-body-babes/

We hope you all have a beautiful weekend!
