Berrylicious Yoghurt Pops
For those of you who struggle with a sweet tooth, try making these little babies as a healthier alternative to ice cream. We add extra protein powder for added sweetness and an extra bit of protein.
1 x Tub Five AM Natural Yoghurt (it's sugar free)
1 x Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
Blend yoghurt and protein powder together until combined. Lightly stir in mixed berries without squashing them too much. Pour into popsicle molds, add straws/sticks and put in freezer to set for at least 3 hours.
