We want to share with you a little sneak peek of what we’ve been up to. We are in the middle of creating an e-book which will give you everything you need to BASE YOUR LIFE.
As your online personal trainers, we are here to educate you on how to live a healthier and fitter life. It’s a method that we follow ourselves and also what we use to achieve amazing results with all of the babes that train with us in person and all around the world.
We have been spending so many hours every day perfecting this, filming online tutorials and photographing exercise techniques to ensure that this e-book will give you everything you need and more, to be happy, healthy, fit, strong and confident and we make this simple so you can maintain it forever.
Until then, we want to give you 3 pieces of the puzzle for you to think about on your journey to creating the body you’ve always wanted.
1 - Lift weights:
If you have been following us, you will know that our favourite way to train is by lifting weights. We believe that a well designed program based on lifting weights with the correct technique, is the best way to shape your body to be the best it can be. We spend so much time teaching our babes correct technique and for those who we cant see face to face, we made sure that we have included perfect technique in our e-book video demonstrations to help our babes lift weights as safely and efficiently as possible.
2 - Learn how to progress:
One of the most common things people do in the gym is do the same thing day in and day out, using the same weights every time they do that same exercise. These peoples bodies havent changed for a lo-o-o-o-o-ng time. Think about this - If you keep giving the body something it can already do, why does it need to change. You need to teach the body to do something that it couldn't do before and force it to change.
3 - Just turn up:
Plan your week to include a minimum of 3 weights based training sessions per week. Set these days in your schedule and stick to it. No matter how you feel, if you're low on energy or having a bad day, JUST TURN UP!
